Baby back ribs are specific cuts of pork. Usually, they are from parts of the ribs connected to the backbone under the loin muscle. They feature about 6 inches long, 3 inches wide, and are curved.
They are referred to as “baby ribs” because of their size. Baby back ribs are also called Canadian back ribs or loin.

After the ribs are cooked and you’ve attained the proper doneness, you can now remove it from the grill.
Let the rack of baby back ribs rest for about 10 minutes before you cut them into individual ribs. Lastly, serve with your favorite side dish.
