How Chip Steaks Are Made?

Since their invention, chip steak has become a popular and mass-manufactured item from various cuts. Initially, the chip steaks were made from the round bottom of meat and are now made from loins.

After completely frozen meat, it is removed from the freezer and cut on a meat slice into thin paper-like strips. Depending upon the meta quantity, the chip steaks are cut and stacked on each other to create a patty.

The patty is then defrosted and thaw quickly at room temperature. The resulting patties can be used further as an invention in burgers, sandwiches, and salads. They also make the best appetizers and dinner meals at weekend parties.
