How to Make BBQ Brisket Pizza at Home

Ingredients:

  • Dough:

    • 1 1/2 cups warm water
    • 2 packets active dry yeast
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 4 cups flour
    • 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
    • Cornmeal as needed
  • Toppings:

    • 1 cup Traeger Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce
    • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 pound leftover chopped brisket
    • 2 chopped jalapeños
    • 1/2 chopped red onion
    • 3 diced Roma tomatoes
    • Traeger Prime Rib Rub as needed
    • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    • Ranch dressing as needed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • Mix warm water with yeast and let sit until foamy. Add sugar, salt, oil, and flour to form a dough ball.
